There is a $150 crating charge for shipping machine head-only purchases, or for shipping retrofits. · Gammill/Statler and its dealers often accept trade-ins, depending on brand and model. · Free monthly training classes are available to customers at Statler Stitcher headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. · User-friendly software, operator manual and interactive video tutorial are included with purchase. · Free software upgrades. · Toll-free customer support at no charge to customers for lifetime of machine. · On-line e-mail discussion group, where customers can interact with each other and get help and advice on software, quilting, and even business issues. · Warranty: One year parts and labor warranty on Statler Stitcher installed hardware and software.
